I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was exceptional and the location near the French Quarter was enjoyable for walking trips, the room temperature was uncomfortably warm due to allergies, and the dining experience was disappointing. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent, clean, and quiet, though they seemed a little small from the pictures. The service was most helpful and friendly, giving us a great overview of the city and tour options. The location was awesome, very close to Bourbon St and Canal St, allowing easy access to all the greatness NOLA has to offer. The dining experience was a mix of good and not so great choices. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.
